These days we have a lot of information of “how to” (-be a great leader, – grow your numbers – etc), it is easy and quick to get. Certain terms and concepts get common, but far too often remain understood/implemented in the best case on the surface only (not to mention how often you see concepts just misplaced, and damaging the business, instead of supporting it). And with culture of openness and more and more people developing consciousness, this approach is not effective anymore. People look and see in depth, and what they do not see – they sense. One needs to be really authentic and congruent for others to take it. Those offering authenticity win over those offering templates.
